All orders placed on our site are subject to acceptance and availability. Further, items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you complete the checkout process.
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. That email is not an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.
All products ordered through our website will be delivered to the address provided and confirmed by you at the time of placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for lost goods sent to an incorrect address provided by you.
Products in stock will ship within 24 hours and shipped via Australia Post’s eParcel system.
Items that are not in stock, special orders or made to order products will be shipped to you within 24 hours of being received into our warehouse. They will also be shipped via Australia Post’s eParcel system.
You will receive a confirmation of your order by email. You may be contacted by us should your order require an adjustment in price, if it is no longer available, if there is a supply delay or we require clarification.
Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and us will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched.
