

You, the customer, have a responsibility to choose items carefully as you do not have an automatic right to return goods.
If your order is received damaged, faulty or not as described, you may exchange, replace or obtain credit for your purchase when it is returned to us within 7 days and in original condition. Packaging, like shoe boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the packaging is damaged. A copy of your original invoice must be included with the return. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return and re-shipping charges are at your expense.
IMPORTANT : You must contact us by email or phone before returning goods to obtain a return authorisation number and further instructions regarding your return.
PLEASE NOTE : Made to order and special order items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are received by you with a manufacturing fault.
Once your returned parcel has been received by us, we aim to process your exchange within 2 business days. Please allow 5 to 10 days for return delivery by Australia Post, depending on your location.
If a replacement item is not in stock, these times may extend. If a refund is required for a faulty product, we aim to process your refund within 2 days of receipt of the returned goods.
